The 80 Top Horror Movie DVDs That You Must Have - Part 2

As some of you may or may not know, me and Amythyst awhile back did a list of the top 40 horror movies you must have on DVD. Well we couldn't keep it at 40 so it has been redone and is now 80 horror DVDs you must own. This may get tricky... Welles could never live up to Citizen Kane, his debut made as a 25-year-old maverick that would eventually be remembered by most critics as the greatest, most influential film of all time. 'Escape of the Living Dead'

A new horror project from Monterrey Picture Entertainment entitled Escape of the Living Dead. John Russo, co-creator of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, wrote the script and is attached to direct the official sequel to Romero's classic '68 zombie flick. Joe Majestic, Sam Sherman will co-produce with Russ Streiner, producer of the original NOTLD. The official sequel will star Tony Todd (Candy Man, Final Destination), Gunnar Hansen (Texas Chainsaw Massacre), Amber Stevens and Kristina Klebe (Halloween). No other details were revealed.

MGM Wants 'Jeepers Creepers' Sequels Shot Back-to-Back

Victor Salva is prepping not only Jeepers Creepers 3: The Creeper Walks Among Us, but also a fourth film in the franchise, which is said to shoot back-to-back for MGM. While the studio plans on releasing the films direct-to-DVD, Salva has hopes that we might see one the films in theaters by 2009. confirmed actors include Jonathan Breck and Ray Wise.
